The legal fees are charged on an hourly basis at a rate  of US$120 per hour, for junior lawyers and US$300 per hour, for senior partners.

For cost-effective purposes, legal fees may be estimated for such an amount that will be capped with a ceiling.

In the case of receivables collection, the legal fees may be charged on a contingency basis. The normal fee arrangement goes from 15% to 45% of the amounts to be collected.
